Scope
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, certain limitations may apply. We encourage you to review our trading terms and conditions carefully before entering into any agreement.
The terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Tek57, referred to as *the product*. Customers purchasing products or services from Tek57 are referred to as *the customer*.
All services and products delivered by Tek57 are governed by these terms. Customers are expected to be familiar with and accept these terms before entering into an agreement. Any deviation from these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing between Tek57 and the customer.
In case of any disputes regarding the terms, including their interpretation, enforcement, or fulfillment, such matters will be resolved under English law in English courts.

Domain Names and Web Hosting
Tek57 does not provide web hosting, domain names, or server space. Our role is solely as an intermediary for your purchases, and you are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

Offer Validity
Offers provided by Tek57 are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt unless otherwise stated.
Any requests for changes or additions not included in the original offer will be considered change requests and are not covered by the offer. These will be handled at the current hourly rate or per an explicit agreement between Tek57 and the customer.

Delivery
The product will be delivered on the customer-specified server, at the agreed time, and in accordance with the agreed specifications. This applies regardless of whether Tek57 or a third party manages the system. Tek57 is not responsible for delays caused by:
– Customer’s omissions or lack of information
– System breakdowns
– IT access issues
– Data destruction or corruption
– Power failures or telecommunication outages
– Legal interventions, terrorism, sabotage, riots, vandalism, war, natural disasters, viruses, hacking, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances

Payment Terms
All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
Invoices will be sent via email or post. If prices are stated in a foreign currency, they will be based on the Danish krone exchange rate at the time of the offer or order confirmation. Tek57 reserves the right to adjust prices before payment if exchange rates change.
Tek57 may require additional payment for:
– Corrections submitted after proofreading
– Incomplete information regarding the work’s scope
– Overtime due to unanticipated change requests
Price adjustments will be communicated in advance. Tek57 reserves the right to demand a bank guarantee for payment security and may transfer outstanding payments to third-party debt collectors.
Late payments will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month, along with a £25.00 administration fee.

Intellectual Property Rights
For products or materials developed by Tek57 that do not involve recurring payments (e.g., rent), usage rights are transferred to the customer. However, Tek57 retains copyright over these products/materials.
Fully developed modules or products used in other works remain copyrighted by their developers.

Limitation of Liability
The use of Tek57 products and services is at the customer’s own risk. Tek57 is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or content of any information sent or received via the internet.
Tek57 disclaims liability for any damage, loss, or inability to use products or services unless there is gross negligence or intentional harm. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Direct or indirect losses, such as data loss, operational downtime, or consequential damages
– Data loss on the customer’s server unless otherwise agreed in writing
– Errors not identified and corrected during proofreading
– Force majeure circumstances
– Customer or third-party alterations to the product
Tek57 is also not liable for any loss or damage caused by third-party actions or changes made by individuals other than Tek57.

Delays in Delivery
Tek57 is not liable for any losses caused by delivery delays.

Processing of Personal Data
Customer information such as names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers is recorded in our customer database. This data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Customers must inform us of any changes to their personal data. Tek57 disclaims liability for any misuse of customer data related to the processing of sensitive information, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
Tek57 may disclose customer information to public authorities in cases of criminal activity or misuse of services.

Marketing Usage
Tek57 reserves the right to use created products, customer logos, website links, and other materials for marketing and case presentations.

Right to Refuse Service
Tek57 reserves the right to refuse service to any website, individual, organization, or company promoting hateful, illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Such promotion may result in immediate termination of cooperation agreements, with no refund.
Tek57 also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or company without providing justification.

Acceptance of Terms
By entering into an agreement with Tek57 or making any payment, the customer accepts the trading terms and conditions.
Tek57 reserves the right to update the terms without prior notice. Any changes to the terms must be agreed upon in writing by both the customer and Tek57.

Personal Data Processing and Security
Tek57 will process personal data to assist in the maintenance and development of websites, data integration, analysis, and other services. We follow strict security protocols, including access control, encryption, backup procedures, and risk management.

Service Agreement Conditions
Customers must provide accurate and updated server access information. Tek57 will only cover approved plugins and themes under the service agreement. Security monitoring does not guarantee protection from hacking or data loss.
Tek57 disclaims responsibility for any errors resulting from third-party updates or customer modifications.

Support and Termination
Support hours included in service agreements must be used within the agreed-upon month. Monthly agreements renew automatically unless terminated 10 days prior to the new period, and yearly agreements require 30 days’ notice.
Tek57 reserves the right to terminate service agreements with one month’s notice, with refunds provided for any excess subscription.
